If you have followed my postings for any length of time, You will be aware that I am an advocate for using Squidoo as a source of traffic and in particular high ranked backlinks to your web site.

I’m so positive on Squidoo, I’ve even published a book on the site. You can get it here: Squidoo Basics If I say so myself its a bargain at $17 and could go a long way toward helping you establish your web site on Google and the rest of the search engines.

I’ve discovered though, that most people are either too busy or too lazy to go from reading the information to actually doing it.  Now I have been asked to do it for others, but that isn’t the type of work I am really looking for. I prefer not to trade my time for dollars.  But it is clearly what a lot of people are looking for – someone to do it for them.

My buddy, Bill McRea who also appreciates the power of Squidoo, however has found a person who is not only willing to create sites for other people, she is a master at it.  And she is willing to do it for far less than I would charge if you could talk me into doing it for you.

If you are going to get you web site to the top of the search engines in your market, you need to do more than put up a web site and hope people will find it.

One of your best options is to create a Squidoo page and link that to your site.  Sometimes you will find that your Squidoo page will actually rank higher than your own page.  And while that can be a bit frustrating, it gets you noticed, and that in turn leads to business.
