Anyways I agree, getting your house for sale and preparing it is just like you're going for a job interview and would like to impress your boss not only by your potential but also by your dressing-style. First thing is that, if buyers see that the house is stinky or not in order, no matter how good or spacey your place is, their 1st impression for your house has turned into a negative point. They may or may not buy it or would want you to drop the price.
